Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and TrackMyTank ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of TrackMyTank. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract, to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Account Registration

If you sign in with Google to enable cloud sync, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle and fuel information
• Use the app only for lawful, personal vehicle-tracking purposes

Prohibited Activities

• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to access another user's data
• Uploading malicious files or false information
• Circumventing rate limits or security controls

Vehicle & Fuel Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of vehicle details, odometer readings and fuel entries you input. TrackMyTank does not independently verify this data.

Mileage Calculations Disclaimer

Mileage and fuel-efficiency figures shown in TrackMyTank are calculated from the data you enter and are estimates only. Actual mileage varies with driving style, traffic, load, terrain, weather, vehicle condition and fuel quality.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, logos, text, graphics and underlying software, is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law.

Your Content

Vehicle and fuel entries you submit remain yours. By submitting content, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and display it solely to operate and improve the app for you.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including reliance on mileage estimates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third party's rights.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity, with notice where practicable. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory local consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise. We encourage you to first contact us to resolve any dispute informally. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
